Connector
Apple Health connector
Tase reads health metrics so its advice is grounded in how you are actually sleeping, moving, and recovering.
The Tase TeamTase LLC1 min read
Generic advice falls flat because it does not know you. Tase can connect to Apple Health so its suggestions are shaped by your real sleep, activity, and recovery, not a template. The result is advice that meets you where your body actually is today.
What Tase can do with Health
- Factor last night’s sleep into how hard it pushes you today.
- Notice when steps or recovery trend down and suggest a gentler plan.
- Connect how you feel to what the numbers show, so patterns surface.
- Remind you about medications and supplements using your actual routine.
Advice with context
When you ask whether to train hard or rest, Tase can weigh what your Health data says, not just what you remember to mention.
Set up the Health connector
- 1
Open Connectors
In Tase, go to Settings, then Connectors, and choose Apple Health. - 2
Grant read access
On your device, allow Tase to read the metric types you want it to consider, like sleep, steps, and heart rate. - 3
Choose what matters
Tell Tase which signals to weight heaviest when it gives advice. You can change this anytime. - 4
Ask for a plan
Try asking Tase how to approach today. It will factor in your recent trends along with your tasks.
Privacy
Health data is among the most sensitive you own. Tase only reads the metric types you approve, never writes to Health without your action, and you can revoke access at any time.
