About this page

The three rows under “Checked live” come from real checks that run on the server when this page loads: the web app, the data layer behind sync, and the API gateway. Each check has a short timeout, and a result is reused for up to 60 seconds before we check again. Reload the page to see a fresh reading.

If a check fails or times out, that row shows Unknown rather than green. We would rather admit we cannot see something than tell you it is fine.

The rows under “Reported by hand” are exactly that. The iOS app runs on devices we cannot poll, and voice, payments, and the assistant sit behind metered third-party calls we are not going to spend money on once a minute just to draw a dot. Incident text, when there is any, is written by a person.

For incident coverage as it happens, follow @tase_ai on X. We do not publish uptime percentages, historical incident tables, or SLA numbers here, because we do not measure continuously from an independent monitor and a number we cannot stand behind is worse than no number. If you run your own monitoring, point it at /api/health, which returns the same checks as JSON and answers 503 when anything is not operational.
