Tase is built by a small team, so every address below reaches someone who can actually act on it. Picking the right one is the fastest way to an answer.
Product support
Something is broken, a feature is not behaving, or you need help with your account, subscription or a refund. Include the platform you are on and what you expected to happen.
Security reports
Vulnerabilities, suspected exposure or anything that looks like a way into someone else’s data. Reports are welcome from anyone, and we will not pursue researchers acting in good faith under the policy.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, portability or erasure of your personal data, and any question about how it is processed. You can also delete your account yourself without contacting us.
Legal
Contracts, notices, data processing agreements and anything a lawyer would send. Commercial terms for the developer platform live under Legal.
Abuse
Report misuse of Tase, spam originating from the service, or content that violates the usage policy.
Press
Interviews, product briefings and fact checks. Logos, the app icon and product screenshots are downloadable without asking.

Integrations, collaborations, and anything that does not fit a box above. If in doubt, this one reaches a human.
Deleting your account
You do not need to email anyone. Account deletion is self-service and removes your data — start it from the deletion page or from Settings inside the app.
