Delete Your Tase Account

1. Open the Tase app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Data Controls.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

You can also export a full copy of your data from the same Data Controls screen before deleting.

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@tase.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all personal data stored under your profile, including:

• Your profile and sign-in details (name, email)
• Tasks, goals, rewards, notes, ideas, knowledge, and AI memories
• Finance data — expenses, income, budgets, and tracked items
• Health data — medications, supplements, injections, calories, sleep, and vitals
• Your AI chat history and any generated content
• App settings and preferences

This action cannot be undone.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We retain only the limited records we are legally required to keep — for example, transaction and tax records tied to a purchase — for the minimum period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted. These records do not include your personal app content.

If you subscribed to Tase Pro or Tase Max through Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription. To stop billing, open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions and cancel Tase there.
