Connector
Gmail connector
Tase reads your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, and can act on mail so you stop drowning in unread messages.
The Tase TeamTase LLC1 min read
Email is where decisions go to wait. A message lands, you read it on the move, then forget to reply until the thread resurfaces a week later. Tase closes that loop by reading your inbox alongside you and helping you respond without opening a tab.
What Tase can do with Gmail
- Summarize long threads so you walk in knowing the decision instead of scrolling for it.
- Draft replies that match how you actually write, ready to send or tweak.
- Surface the messages that need a response today and quiet the ones that do not.
- Turn action items inside emails into tasks, so a request stops living only in your inbox.
Read, then act
Tase can connect to Gmail so it understands your mail the way you do. Drafts stay drafts until you approve them. You stay in control of what gets sent.
Set up the Gmail connector
- 1
Open Connectors
In Tase, go to Settings, then Connectors, and choose Gmail. - 2
Connect your account
Follow the sign-in flow to let Tase read mail. You can grant read access first and add send later. - 3
Tell Tase what matters
Pin the labels or senders you care about. Tase will prioritize those threads and summarize the rest. - 4
Try a draft
Ask Tase to draft a reply to any thread. Review it, edit if needed, and send when it sounds right.
Privacy
Tase only reads the mail you point it at. Messages are used to help you act on them, not to train shared models, and you can disconnect Gmail at any time from the same Connectors screen.
