Connector
Google Calendar connector
Tase sees your schedule, protects your focus time, and helps you plan the week without a back-and-forth with your calendar tab.
The Tase TeamTase LLC1 min read
A calendar only helps if something is watching it for you. Tase can connect to Google Calendar so it knows what your day looks like before you ask, and can help you shape the week around what actually matters.
What Tase can do with Calendar
- Give you a spoken rundown of the day so you know what is next without checking the screen.
- Protect focus blocks by holding the time when your day starts to fill up.
- Suggest reschedules when a new request collides with deep work.
- Turn a task with a deadline into a blocked slot, so the work actually has a place to happen.
Plan by talking
Say what you need this week and Tase can map it onto your calendar, respecting the meetings and focus time already there.
Set up the Calendar connector
- 1
Open Connectors
In Tase, go to Settings, then Connectors, and choose Google Calendar. - 2
Connect your account
Sign in and pick the calendars you want Tase to see. You can start with just your primary calendar. - 3
Mark what to protect
Tell Tase which blocks are focus time or non-negotiable. It will defend those slots when the day shifts. - 4
Ask for a plan
Try asking Tase to lay out your afternoon or your week. It will work around what is already scheduled.
Privacy
Tase reads your calendar to help you plan. Event details are not used to train shared models, and you can revoke access anytime from Connectors.
