Notion is powerful because it holds everything. That is also why it gets stale: keeping it updated is a chore, and a workspace you do not trust is a workspace you stop using. Tase can connect to Notion and keep it living alongside the rest of your day.

What Tase can do with Notion

  • Search across your workspace and answer from the pages you already wrote.
  • Update a page or database row when a task moves forward, so notes stay current.
  • Capture a thought by voice and file it in the right place automatically.
  • Summarize a project page before a review so you walk in prepared.

A workspace that keeps up

Instead of a separate notes app and a separate assistant, Tase can treat Notion as part of its memory and keep both in sync.

Set up the Notion connector

    Open Connectors

    In Tase, go to Settings, then Connectors, and choose Notion.

    Authorize Tase

    Follow the Notion flow to grant Tase access. You choose which pages and databases it can reach.

    Pin key pages

    Mark the pages Tase should treat as primary context, like your goals or weekly notes.
  4. 4

    Try an update

    Ask Tase to log something or pull a summary. Confirm the change landed in Notion the way you expected.

Privacy

Tase only sees the pages you explicitly share inside Notion. You can revoke access from either Notion or the Tase Connectors screen at any time.
