AI Brain

What is the AI Brain?

The AI Brain is your personal knowledge base inside Tase. It holds notes, ideas, knowledge, prompts, and memories so every answer is tailored to you.

The Tase TeamTase LLC1 min read

The AI Brain is the part of Tase that remembers what matters to you. Instead of starting every conversation from scratch, Tase draws on notes, ideas, and memories you have shared so responses fit your life. The more you put in, the more useful it becomes.

The five Brain sections

  • Notes: Quick facts and reference material you want Tase to know. Names, account numbers, preferences, anything text-based.
  • Ideas: Half-formed thoughts and future plans. Capture now, refine later.
  • Knowledge: Longer documents and context. Project briefs, how-to guides, research you want Tase to reference.
  • Prompts: Reusable instructions for how you want Tase to behave in specific situations.
  • Memories: Things Tase extracts automatically from your conversations, like recurring preferences and facts about you.

How memories get created

After voice and chat conversations, Tase reviews what was said and pulls out durable facts worth remembering. A preference for morning meetings, a dietary restriction, a project deadline. These show up as memories you can review and edit at any time.

You are in control

Every memory is editable and deletable. Tase never locks away something you cannot change. If a memory is wrong, fix it or remove it.
Is the AI Brain the same as chat history?+

No. Chat history is the back-and-forth of your conversations. The Brain is the curated knowledge Tase carries forward. A conversation might create a memory, but the two are stored separately.

Does the Brain sync across my devices?+

Yes. Notes, ideas, knowledge, prompts, and memories sync in real time. Add a note on your phone and it appears on your other devices instantly.

How much can I store?+

Free accounts get a generous starting capacity. Pro and Max expand the limit significantly. You can always delete old entries to free up space.
