Set up medication reminders
Schedule your medications and supplements in Tase so doses arrive on time, every day. Covers adding a med, setting the cadence, and confirming a dose once you take it.
Missing a dose is rarely about forgetting on purpose. It is about a reminder that came at the wrong time, or one that did not confirm you actually took it. Tase treats medications as scheduled items with a confirmation step, so you can see at a glance what is done and what is still pending today.
What you need
Walkthrough: add a medication
- 1
Open the Health tab
Tap the Health icon in the tab bar. This is where medications, supplements, vitals, and habits live. - 2
Add a new medication
Tap the add button in the Medications section. Enter the name (for example "Vitamin D"), the dose, and an optional note like "with food." - 3
Set the schedule
Choose how often it repeats. Daily at a fixed time is the most common, but you can also pick specific days of the week or a custom interval. - 4
Save and confirm the reminder
Tap save. Tase creates a reminder for each scheduled time and shows the next dose on the Health tab. - 5
Mark a dose as taken
When the reminder fires, tap the confirm action on the notification or in the Health tab. This logs the dose as taken and clears it from today's pending list.
Handling supplements alongside prescriptions
Supplements like magnesium or omega-3 follow the same flow as prescription meds. Add them in the Supplements section instead, and they show up on the same daily view so everything you take is in one place without being mixed together.
A note on safety
