Tase started as a personal project to build the assistant we wished existed. Today it is a real company. Tase LLC was formed in Houston, Texas, giving the product a proper legal home and a base to grow from.
Why a company matters now
Forming the LLC is not glamorous, but it is the step that turns an idea into something durable. It means we can sign agreements, own the Tase name properly, and operate with the structure a long-term product needs.
Houston is home. We are building here, and the city is part of the story.
What this does not change
- The product roadmap stays the same. Tase is still the voice-first assistant that captures, remembers, and acts.
- The team is still small and hands-on with every detail.
- The focus stays on building something people actually want to use every day.
This is an early milestone, not a finish line. There is a lot more to build, and we are getting to it.
